How does Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) work?

How does RTT work?

The RTT works by uncovering the root cause of the presenting issue, rather than just addressing the symptoms. During the session, you, the client is placed in a state of deep relaxation. In this state, you are guided by me to locate and reflect on the scenes that arise.

Our reality is shaped by the meaning we attach to our experiences. RTT uses the insights gathered in this deeply relaxed state to change the meaning attached to past events. In doing so, the client shifts his old beliefs to align with his desired outcomes. Thereby furthermore changing the daily actions and reactions to external events.

Because RTT uses the subconscious mind to wire in these changes, it is easy and natural for the you to accept and live in accordance with the desired beliefs.

RTT's approach is different from regular hypnotherapy, because the client receives a personalised audio recording to listen to for the next 21 days, to recode the neurons in their brain, making this new way of thinking familiar.

Wenn alle Stricke reissen und alles zu viel wird

RTT is endorsed by recognized professional organizations across the world, including the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT). Alexandra is accredited internationally by the GHR and IACT and in Switzerland by the SBVH.
