From PhD to Hypnosis - how Alexandra Balmer reinvented her life (German)
In this talk with Céline, I share how small, intentional changes in daily habits can lead to meaningful, long-term growth in both performance and well-being. I focus on the power of consistency, mindset, and building effective systems instead of just chasing goals. Through personal insights and practical examples, I offer a perspective on how to create lasting change in both professional and personal life.
